To edit a Transfer job click the job to be edited. The selected job view will be displayed.
Actions available in the View or Update sync job.
- REFRESH: Updates the status of this job
- EXECUTE: Forces a synchronization of the monitored folder and pushes changed to the member devices.
- DELETE: Will delete this job. Files monitored by this job will no longer be synchronized. If this is a two way sync job then the corresponding jobs on all the member jobs have to be deleted as well.
- SAVE: Save any changes made to the options or devices in this job.
- CLEAR: Will clear all files information in this job and re-synchronize all files and folders again. Use this if synchronization is stuck for any reason.
- To view the files sent or received, click on the FILES tab. Click on a file to open it.
- To view devices, click on the DEVICES tab. Devices cannot be added or removed for a TRANSFER job.
- To update job settings, click on the OPTIONS tab and set the desired options. Click the SAVE button to apply the changes. Note: some options cannot be changed and will appear as disabled.
- To view transfer log, click on the REPORT tab. Use the various filters to search for file transfer logs.
