View/Update a Sync job

To edit a Sync job click the job to be edited. The selected job view will be displayed.

Actions available in the View or Update sync job.

  1. REFRESH: Updates the status of this job
  2. EXECUTE: Forces a synchronization of the monitored folder and pushes changed to the member devices.
  3. DELETE: Will delete this job. Files monitored by this job will no longer be synchronized. If this is a two way sync job then the corresponding jobs on all the member jobs have to be deleted as well.
  4. SAVE: Save any changes made to the options or devices in this job.
  5. CLEAR: Will clear all files information in this job and re-synchronize all files and folders again. Use this if synchronization is stuck for any reason.
  6. FOLDER: Opens the operating system native file explorer/browser.
  1. To ADD or REMOVE members, click on the DEVICES tab.
  2. To update job settings, click on the OPTIONS tab and set the desired options. Click the SAVE button to apply the changes. Note: some options cannot be changed and will appear as disabled.
  3. To view transfer log, click on the REPORT tab. Use the various filters to search for file transfer logs.
